How It Works
Whether you're joining through our Start With Six trial or enrolling in a full program, here’s how it works:
Step 1
BOOK YOUR FIRST VISIT
Schedule your initial consultation online. No membership is required to get started. This is a comprehensive medical visit billed to your insurance, just like any other appointment with a physician. We accept PPO insurance and Medicare for eligible medical visits. You are responsible for any applicable co-pays or deductibles.
Step 2
MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION
Optional for Medical Visit, Required for Concierge Access. These services are not covered by insurance and are included with membership.
Step 3
INTAKE & INITIAL CONSULTATION
During your first visit, your provider will conduct a deep review of your health history, lifestyle, goals, and symptoms. Based on this evaluation, they may recommend lab testing and offer a personalized care path — including optional wellness programs or a membership tier that aligns with your needs.
Step 4
LAB TESTING
If clinically appropriate, your provider will order lab tests to assess metabolic, hormonal, and nutritional markers. These help uncover root causes and guide your next steps. Labs may be billed through your insurance or an affiliated lab partner.
Step 5
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS BEGINS
If you choose to enroll in membership, your concierge access begins immediately. This includes personalized guidance between visits, coaching, coordinated care, wellness tracking, and more — all designed to support you beyond what insurance typically covers. Membership does not replace insurance. It enhances your care with services that are not reimbursed by PPO plans.
Step 6
PERSONALIZED PLAN REVIEW
Approximately two weeks after your initial visit, you’ll meet again to review lab results, finalize your plan, and — if appropriate — start treatments such as weight management medications.
Step 7
ONGOING CARE & MONITORING
Depending on your program, you’ll meet monthly (or every 2 weeks for Start With Six). We track your progress, adjust your plan, and provide remote support to keep you aligned with your goals. Concierge services such as personalized coaching, and between-visit messaging are available to members only.
Step 8
CONTINUED CARE OR GRADUATION
At the end of your program, your provider will assess your progress. If you’ve achieved your goals, you may graduate with a long-term plan. If more support is needed, we’ll recommend continuation or enrollment into a new or adjusted program.
