Our Story
“What if healthcare could truly focus on you—your story, your goals, and your well-being?”
After experiencing years in some of the nation’s largest and reputable healthcare organizations, a question that continued to come to mind when meeting with patients was, “What if healthcare could truly focus on you—your story, your goals, and your well-being?” This became the driving force behind our founder’s mission to transform the way care is delivered. Growing increasingly disheartened by traditional healthcare systems; a desire ignited to create something different.
Fueled with a lifelong passion for practicing medicine in its truest sense—connecting with individuals, addressing root causes, and creating lasting change—Dr. Cox envisioned a new kind of healthcare experience where patients could feel truly seen and heard. Drawing on his advanced training in internal medicine, obesity management, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications—along with expertise in innovative care models and emerging technologies—he set out to redefine what healthcare could be.
At Mirror Health & Wellness, our approach is simple but revolutionary: we focus on you—your journey, our care. Here, we prioritize quality, connection, and outcomes that matter to you. This isn’t just a practice—it’s a movement towards better health. Because you deserve a doctor who listens, cares, and empowers you to take control of your health.
